Smoky Spiced Sugar Rub

Makes about 1 cup

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
In a small bowl, whisk all of the ingredients until well combined.
The smoky spiced sugar rub can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
