Menus for Succot

It’s hard to believe that we are all planning menus again. Although, I am also a little overwhelmed by the amount of time required in the kitchen this Yom Tov, I am also very excited about Succos. I love Succos and Succos food, warm soups and comfort desserts, lots of company, and special time with the kids. Here are a few of the menus I am planning. 1. These menus sound terrific. I’m hoping to do the dairy one (my husband got excited about the French Onion Soup) and the Great Night menu – I’ll let you know how they turn out here in Houston! Thanks for the ideas!

  2. Ok I made the dairy menu for the first night of Sukkot and he loved it so much that he requested it again for the second half. It was out of this world and he practically inhaled the french onion soup and pizza (I made a different recipe for the salmon). I made the Great Night menu for the second night of Sukkot as that was my mom’s birthday, and the entire family inhaled all of the ribs and green beans (and the potatoes were excellent too). So – THANK YOU!!! And these menus are HIGHLY recommended!
