Honey is showing up in condiments like barbeque sauce, chipolte, chocolate and now jams and jellys. From artisan brands to Smucker’s, fruit and honey has become a huge food trend. I actually use this in place of sugar in salad dressings, marinades, and for sweetened meats or turkey. Some of their recipes online are worth tasting too.
