  14. This would come in very handy. I’d love to have a good probe to help me with my bread baking to know when it is truly done.

  15. I have not been happy with my results using an alcohol thermometer. I can’t read it, it doesn’t measure correctly because it cools when I take it out, etc.
    This thermometer would meet all the necessary criteria to serve me well for years to come.
