  1. Really liked this chicken! Was worth the walk to Fairway for the smoked paprika and orange marmalade. Am now crazy about smoked paprika gave some to friends in small zip lock bags to try!-but am wondering if it is a healthy spice tried looking online to see how they make it..have you heard anything?

    • Smoked Paprika is made two ways. One way is all natural, where the dry paprika pods are dried and smoked over natural hickory then ground. The second way is done by adding liquid smoke to the paprika. McCormick makes it the natural way. Ask any private label, like Fairway how they make it or find out where they get it from and we can find out.
