  1. Does anyone know where to find the can of chocolate crème pie filling? I looked in all the markets and none had it or even knew what i was taking about. I substituted the Israeli chocolate spread but it was way too sweet. Thanks!

    • Aliza,
In Los Angeles, this can be found at LaBrea Kosher Market. If unavailable in your town, you can ask your local market to carry it or order directly from the manufacturer: Then you have to order by the case but you can probably split that with a friend or two. I’ve ordered the lemon pie filling numerous times by the case and still needed more…

    • I think you can do it with prepared chocolate pudding. Try it with either and let me know. The chocolate spread will need to be thinned a little more than the pudding. Let us know how it comes out

  2. FYI, I just found kosher chocolate pie filling at the 99cent store (on La Brea/Willoughby). I haven’t seen it in La Brea Kosher
