2 cups cooked rice
1 cup non-dairy creamer or soy milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon mixed with 1 tablespoon sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 1 hour.
This was absolutely yummy! Sweet-imho cld be served for dessert too!
Making this yummy dish yet again…and this time as dessert! But noticed in my local kosher supermarket when I went to buy the instant vanilla pudding that 2 diff brands were diff sizes! Wondering which size u use…kojel is 3.5oz and osem is 2.8oz. Any idea?

I use the 3.4 ounce size but the other one is 3.25 which is plenty anyway.
When measuring the two cups of rice- am I measuring out the cups before or after its cooked? Cuz there’s a big difference…is two cups uncooked rice or cooked??
Really? 2 cups uncooked? Recipe says “2 cups cooked rice”….that means 2 cups after it’s cooked! (Should say 2 cups raw rice and thwen in instructions say cook rice according to pkg directions.)
