Roasted Asparagus

1 bunch asparagus, washed, and trimmed
olive oil
Kosher salt and pepper
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil. Roast for 12 – 18 minutes, until the asparagus is cooked but still crisp. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and lemon zest.
