Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
Heat oil over medium-high heat in a frying pan. Add cauliflower and begin to sauté. Add spices and stir. Keep sautéing until spices are mixed through and cauliflower is thoroughly browned.
