Simple Noodle Kugel



1 pound wide egg noodles
2 granny smith apples, chopped
¼ cup oil
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil and drain noodles. Mix with all remaining ingredients and pout into a 9x 13-inch pan. Bake for about 1 hour until top is brown.

  1. This kugel was really nice. It stayed together nicely and in my experience alot of the noodle kugels with apple pieces have trouble doing that. I would add more sugar next time. Maybe 2-4 Tablespoons and then taste the mixture before baking.
