Ingredients
1 pound wide egg noodles
2 granny smith apples, chopped
¼ cup oil
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil and drain noodles. Mix with all remaining ingredients and pout into a 9x 13-inch pan. Bake for about 1 hour until top is brown.
This kugel was really nice. It stayed together nicely and in my experience alot of the noodle kugels with apple pieces have trouble doing that. I would add more sugar next time. Maybe 2-4 Tablespoons and then taste the mixture before baking.
